Getting started
How does the free preview work?
Fill in the short Build My Website form. Within 24 hours we send you a full website preview, free and with no obligation.
What do you need from me?
Your business name, a WhatsApp number and a few words about what you do and where. A link to your Instagram, Facebook or Google Maps page, or your current website, helps but is optional. You can send your logo, photos or a list of your services on WhatsApp afterwards.
I don’t have a logo yet. Can you help?
Yes. If you don’t have a logo yet, we will create one for you.
How do you use AI?
AI helps with the groundwork: page structure, first drafts of your text and layout options. A professional designer then shapes the design, chooses your images and checks every page before you see it.
Can you work with my business, wherever it is?
Yes. We work with businesses around the world. The whole process runs online, by email and WhatsApp, so it doesn’t matter where your business is based.
Pricing
Do I pay anything for the design?
No. We design your website for free; you only pay for hosting and support.
Why are your websites so affordable?
Instead of a large upfront fee, you host your website with us and we look after it on an ongoing basis. AI also saves time on the groundwork, so our designers can focus on your website, and we pass that saving on.
What if I need a custom design?
If you have more specific requirements, additional functionality or want a more customised design, we charge a once-off design fee of $650, plus hosting and support.
Do you do custom changes?
Yes. Basic changes are included. For bigger jobs, like adding pages, customised layouts or customised functionality, we charge by the hour. See the pricing page for the current rate.
After launch
Can I make changes to my website myself?
Yes. You can update your text, images, menus, events and gallery yourself, any time, without having to contact us.
What does hosting and support include?
Fast and secure website hosting, maintenance and security updates, text, image and menu changes, and basic search engine optimisation, with an annual revision of your SEO.
Can you help my business rank better on Google?
Yes. Our search engine optimisation focuses on visibility for searches relevant to your products, services and locations.
Can you build an online shop?
Yes. We create websites that let customers browse products, place orders and shop online, with products and categories structured so your shop is easy to navigate.
Do you host websites you didn’t build?
No. We only host websites that we build, so we can keep them secure and maintained.
